Naples, ME — The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Super Late Model portion of Saturday night’s show at All-Star Speedway (NH) was rained out. The PASS Modifieds and Pullen Heavy Industries Sportsmen races, which were also a part of the show, ran their events before the weather turned bad.
Gary Norris held off Chris Smith and Tom Oliver to win the PASS Modified feature while Mike Landry, Nate Weston and Dan McKeage were the top three finishers in the PASS Pullen Heavy Industries Sportsmen feature.
After two rain delays, the PASS North Super Late Models were set to run the final scheduled feature race of the evening, but another heavy band of showers came over the track during pace laps, just as the field was given the one to go signal in preparation of the race’s start. The rain continued, forcing track and series officials to pull the plug on the show just before 11pm.
Details regarding the race’s official status, purse and tire procedures will be decided upon and announced by PASS officials early this week.
The next PASS event will be a two-day event at White Mountain Motorsports Park (NH) this coming weekend. The PASS Modifieds and Outlaw Late Models will race on Saturday, October 12th with the PASS North Super Late Models and PASS Pullen Heavy Industries Sportsmen competing on Sunday, October 14th.
